Goal: Deploy 70 AHOPE micro-communities across Washington State, focusing on high-need

counties.

Cost per Community: Approx. $1.2M – $2.4M

Funding Sources:

• Public grants (HUD, HHS, DOE)

• Private philanthropy and impact investing

• EB-5 visa capital (where applicable)

• Strategic revenue share with eHAUS (for-profit logistics/housing partner)

EB-5 investments must create 10+ full-time U.S. jobs per $800K-$1.05M

investment. AHOPE will align job creation via LEO program and modular home

installations.

• AHOPE’s nonprofit status restricts direct profit activity; eHAUS serves as the

revenue vehicle via service contracts, not equity stakes..

Rather than relying on speculative vendors, AHOPE will source from:

• Proven modular housing firms with HUD-approved or IRC-certified models (e.g.,

IndieDwell, Vantem, or Boxabl if stabilized)

• Local builders to support job creation

Each site will house 20–40 units with shared facilities, solar-powered systems, and ADA

compliance.

While Tesla’s Optimus bot is not commercially viable today, AHOPE will:

• Partner with existing tech ed platforms (e.g., CompTIA, Google Career

Certificates)

• Explore automation through existing AI tools like service bots, telehealth kiosks,

and digital credentialing

• Lay groundwork to integrate Optimus once technology is field-ready

AHOPE will work with local:

• Salvation Army, YMCA, and domestic violence shelters for candidate referrals

• Tribal nations, veteran groups, and senior service agencies

• Schools and job centers for intergenerational community expansion
